If vintage Smith’s are your game have a peek at this great example. This Smith & Wesson K22(model 17) is a prewar production in good shape. Mechanically its nice and tight and ready for years of use. Built on the heavier larger frame, this 22LR revolver was built for a long service life. The Bluing overall shows moderate wear as does the cylinder line. Diamond style grips as well as lacking a prefix on the serial number should denote the pre WW2 production time frame. Our K22 for sale also sports adjustable sights. Small freckling appears on the lower portion of the frame, all of the condition issues would make this a great entry level collectors piece or a solid vintage handgun for those that want something a little bit different than what you could find in any shop.
