Refund policy on Items other than firearms:
Any item may be returned (with original boxes and tags, unused, unaltered, unwashed, and accompanied by the purchase invoice) within 30 days of receipt, for a refund, credit or exchange. Additionally, any merchandise that arrives damaged may be returned, per the instructions noted on this page. Items returned after the 30-day period will be on an inspection basis only. Returned items must be shipped prepaid through a trackable carrier to be able to validate delivery. Sorry, COD shipments are not accepted. Return and exchange shipping costs are at customer’s expense, unless through an error on our part. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Items may be returned in store to avoid shipping charges.
Please retain all packing materials, including the shipping box. Please call Caliber Sports within 72 hours of receipt, at 1-205-979-5800, and an associate will advise you on the process for returning your damaged merchandise and will assist you in obtaining your replacement merchandise as quickly as possible.

Prices quoted on this site are denominated in U.S. dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States. You are prohibited from purchasing any item from this site with the intent to resell it. Caliber Sports reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to accept or decline your order, in part or in total, even after your credit card has been charged and you receive confirmation of your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, a credit will be issued to your credit card account.
Phone/Mail Order sales of the Firearms are sold on a “Satisfaction Guaranteed” basis. These phone/mail sales are shipped on a 3-Day inspection period and returns are accepted with prior approval. A refund will be made if the firearm is returned in the same condition as shipped within 3 days of the FFL dealer’s receipt of shipment. Purchaser pays all the shipping, handling, and insurance charges. All refunds by Caliber will be paid by check or a credit to the original credit card charge. Any product which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used contrary to manufacturer’s instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange or refund. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any exceptions.
